After receiving her Masters of Fine Arts from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia, Arthur has spent 14 years acting as the Associate Professor with the Department of Art and Design, Painting, Drawing and Printmaking at the University of North Florida. She is currently the Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She attained artist in residence in France and Japan, and has permanent collections all over the world – Ireland, France, India and New Zealand to name a few.
